Police investigate topless photo of 'Housewives' star

COSTA MESA - The Costa Mesa Police Department is investigating a topless photo of one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," according to celebrity gossip Web site TMZ.com.
A photo of Gretchen Rossi riding topless in a car was posted on thedirty.com Tuesday.
TMZ.com posted a fax apparently sent by Det. Carlos Diaz of the Costa Mesa police Tuesday requesting contact information for thedirty.com.
"We are currently investigating several photographs which appeared on the website," the fax reads.
Diaz has not yet returned a call to confirm that he sent the fax.
Rossi's lawyer sent the Web site a letter last week demanding that other revealing pictures of Rossi be removed. A copy of the letter is posted on TMZ.com.
"Ms. Rossi contends that the photographs used on your website were stolen from her and she has never authorized the use of said photographs to anyone, certainly not your website," the letter from Jeffrey R. Salberg reads.

Nik the trick has quite the woody for Gretchen.lol. He has increased his traffic though. I think he needs to kneel and thank the goddess.lol. Who cares. This woman is single and we do not know what type of arrangement she had with the only other person who can say if and if she cheated.lol. Coulda shoulda woulda is kind of a mute point. Leave her be. She is smoking hot regardless of all the hoopla.
