One of the readers sent me the following:
Just to clarify, Cuff Luv is the trademarked name of our accessories line. Ms. Curtin illegally used this name for her bracelets and we have made several attempts to contact her to cease the usage of our trademark. Cuff Luv is still in business and in fact just recently appeared on QVC which you can view at http://www.qvc.com or at http://www.cuffluvstuff.com. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience that Lynn Curtin may have caused for our customers.
Add trademark infringement to the list! The Curtin’s also had a widely-reported eviction in 2003, the homeowner is quoted as saying” They disappeared like the wind behind a Taco Bell”.
They seem good at that.
